Today’s polish was a part of CrowsToes winter collection “The Holographic Principle” that came out in November 2015. And yes, it’s been sitting in the box ever since, shame on me!

The formula is great and super easy to work with. I used two coats for full opacity and the drying time was really good.

Take a look at two coats and no topcoat. The photo is snapped with flash.

Ooh yes, that colour is just amazing.

Here’s the same thing in my lightbox. The rainbows are still there and I still love the colour.

I looked at it for a bit to find out what I wanted to do with it. I ended up with just adding topcoat; it is such a pretty polish on its own.

Overall impression: I love it. The colour and the rainbows are so pretty. The formula is great too

Sky blue metallic shimmer

“Secretly Stargazing” is from Depend’s Autumn collection “Across the Universe” from 2017.

It’s a really pretty blue with a great formula. I used two easy coats for my manicure and the drying time was good.

I painted white and dark red stripes on it because I was in that kind of a mood :D

This is the end result; two coats, stripes and a layer of topcoat. The photo is taken in ordinary daylight – no sun, it’s Winter after all!

This is “Secretly Stargazing” on its own; still two coats and no topcoat yet.

This might be my favourite from the “Across the Universe” collection, it’s an amazingly pretty colour.

Essence ~ 05 Holo Fever

Essence ~ 05 Holo Fever

Lavender holo microglitter

“Holo Fever” is one of the five polishes from Essence’s “Holo Rainbow” collection from Autumn 2017.

The formula is good and the polish works on its own without needing any underwear. I used two coats for desired opacity and the drying time was good.

The stamp is from the stamping plate Mezerdoo6 and I stamped with a dark purple shimmery stamping polish from Born Pretty Store.

This is the final manicure, including a layer of topcoat.

Here’s “Holo Fever” on its own; two coats and a layer of topcoat to smooth out the glitter bumpiness a bit.
