Catrice Luxury Lacquers: Let's Get Lost Lost In Vegas

Catrice Luxury Lacquers: Let's Get Lost Lost In Vegas
Blue toned purple with lilac, pink and holographic glitters

Today's polish is a lovely colour with glitter. The formula is good and so is the coverage. I used two coats to achieve full opacity. The drying time was good.

I made blue and pink stripes across the nails. The blue is from Essence and is called "I'm A Marine Girls". The pink is from W7 and is called "Fuchsia".

This is the final result including topcoat.

I really like the result.

This is "Let's Get Lost In Vegas" alone; two coats and a layer of topcoat. It looks a bit bumpy on my pictures but it wasn't. The topcoat smoothed it all out.

Fashionista: Mystical Dragon

Fashionista:  Mystical Dragon
Green glass fleck polish

I bought "Mystical Dragon" on my latest trip to London quite a few years ago. It's an amazingly beautiful green packed with glass flecks.

The formula is really good and it covers easily. I used two coats and the drying time between the coats is good.

I stamped a golden swirl by the base of each nail. The motif is from the stamping plate from Moyou London: "Deco Collection-03". I stamped with "Fragrant Mimosa" from El Corazón.

This is the end result, including a layer of topcoat.

All the glass flecks in the sun made my camera freak out :D

Top Shelf Lacquer: Long Lost City Of Atlantis

Top Shelf Lacquer: Long Lost City Of Atlantis
Beige base with gold/green shimmer UCC flakes that shift gold/green/orange/blue

"Long Lost City Of Atlantis" was a part of The Polish Pickup Group from April 2020.

The formula is pretty thick but I didn't have problems with application of the polish. I used two coats to achieve full opacity and the drying time was good.

I made a hot pink brush stroke down the middle of each nail with W7's "It's Pink". I stamped a musical/heart motif on top of the pink and topcoated it all to seal it up.

Here's the final result.

The colour doesn't really work well with my skin tone.

Here's the stuff I used today.

"Long Lost City Of Atlantis" was limited edition and is no longer available. It's a nice work friendly polish, that unfortunately clashes a bit with my skin tone.

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Good
Finish: Crelly with flakes
Overall impression: Thick formula, good coverage, nice drying time. Not exactly my colour but good as a base for nail art

Catrice: Pink Punk

Catrice: Pink Punk
Deep pink crème

I was in the mood for something bright and cheerful and knew that Catrice's "Pink Punk" would do the trick for me.

The formula is good and easy to work with. I used two coats for my manicure today and the drying time was good.

I made two rows of lighter pink dots on each nail. It's an easy design that I've done more than once before because I really like it.

I topped it all with Orly's holo glitter topper "Shine On Crazy Diamond".

Here's my manicure including a layer of fast drying top coat.

Here's "Pink Punk" on its own; two coats and no topcoat. "Pink Punk" dries up to a semi matte finish.
