Lacquer ~ Fat Tuesday
Bright green
linear holo with gold flash and micro flakes
Fat Tuesday is from the Carnival collection from
summer 2016, just like Samba like Van Gogh that I already showed you.
The formula is good and it takes two easy coats to
achieve full opacity. The drying time is good, no issues to report there either.
Here’s two coats and no topcoat taken with flash.
This is how pleasant the colour is in ordinary
daylight, no sun. Isn’t that just nice?!
I stamped on it. The flowery motif is from the
stamping plate XY-J02. I stamped with an ordinary white stamping polish from El
Corazón. I placed a purple dot in the middle of each flower with China Glaze’s
Harmony. I topped the whole thing with topcoat and this is my final mani:
Fat Tuesday is a bleeder, which means that the white
turned pale green when I topcoated it. I think it’s the first time I experience
it with a bright green. Next time I’ll probably topcoat it before stamping on
it.
I really like Fat Tuesday. I can’t wait to wear the
other polishes from the Carnival Collection. I bought them all :D
The other polishes in the Carnival Collection are:
Number of
coats: 2
Drying time: Really
good
Finish: Linear
holo
Overall impression: I love the colour, great rainbows
