Here's just a fun little design I made because I was in the mood for red and white.
I used Bourjois 1 seconde for the base. The dots are made with Essence's "Ahoy!" from the "50s Girls Reloaded" series. I finished the design with a layer of glitter top coat.
I like dots, and I think it's a pretty cute design. :)
