I Love Nail Polish (ILNP) ~ Neon Rosebud (H)

Fuchsia/green/gold flakies with holo goodness added

I love flakies! I don’t wear them very often, but I love them. Does that make sense?

When flakies regained popularity I made a decision: I don’t need to buy any more flakies. I thought I had all the flakies I needed, but little did I know that ILNP would produce some flakies I couldn’t resist! Neon Rosebud is such a flakie, and it’s a flakie with added holo. Oh, be still my heart!

It says on ILNP’s website that it is fully opaque and can be worn on its own. I didn’t read that until after I wore it though so I layered it over a beautiful purple from Golden Rose: #37 from the Color Expert collection. I applied a single coat of the purple and a single coat of the flakies, and topped it with one single coat of topcoat. Here’s what my mani looks like in ordinary daylight, no sun:

Is that amazing or what? I say it is!

I am seriously impressed with this polish. I think it has taken the world of flakies to a whole new level!

Drying time: Good

Finish: Flakie with holo effect
Overall impression: Holy moly, I’m seriously impressed. It’s super pretty!
