Emily de Molly ~ Land of Confusion

Emily de Molly ~ Land of Confusion
Spring green strong linear holo

Land of Confusion is from 2013 and I think I bought it around that time it came out. Why didn’t I wear it until now? Because I have more than one box of untrieds and LoC sat in the small box that I hardly ever look in. You know the one. There are actually quite a lot of little gems in that box: A couple of older Lilypads, a Pretty Serious, two Llynderellas, Nubar’s Reclaim and a few other interesting pretties.

Land of Confusion has a great formula and good coverage. I used two easy coats for my mani and the drying time is good. The rainbows are mesmerizing and they shine in all sorts of lightings.

Here’s two coats and no topcoat taken with flash:

This is taken in low lights. Look, the rainbows are still visible!!

I decided to stamp on it. And since I’m so thrilled over my new clear stamper, I wanted to make a snowflake by the very base of each nail – sort of like a half moon design. I know it's way too late for snowflakes now, but I really like the look of them, so there you have it! I found the snow flake on BP-L 006 and I just stamped with white (which is a mix of the remnants of three other whites I had). This is the final mani:

I absolutely love that stamper! No more guesstimating – the motif gets to sit exactly where I want it! Bingo!!

Land of Confusion is discontinued and is no longer available. What a shame, it’s such a pretty polish!

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Good
Finish: Strong linear holo
Overall impression: Wow, those rainbows are mesmerizing!
Buy again: Yes, if I could!
