Lilypad Lacquer ~ Violet Moon

I received Violet Moon in a swap recently (yes, I still find it really fun to swap) and it’s such a polish that’s way prettier on the nails than in the bottle. I like it when it’s like that.

I used two coats for my mani and the drying time is good.

Here’s a lightbox picture. The shimmer is a little bit shy.

I paired it with China Glaze’s “Let the Beat Drop” which is a slightly tinted base with pink, orange, lilac and purple glitter in various sizes. I bought in on special last time I was in Sweden. I’m so envious of the Swedes because they can buy China Glaze in H&M. Our H&Ms here don’t sell that.

Anyway, I dapped glitter by the base of each nail, topped it with topcoat and here’s my final mani:

I really like these colours together!
