Beauty Big
Bang ~ Chameleon #004
Green to purple-ish
duochrome shimmer
I have said it before but I’ll be happy to say it
again: There are five polishes in this collection of colour shifters and I
bought all five of them. There’ll be a list to all of them by the end of each
post – I’ll put the links up as I publish the blog posts.
The formula of this second one is more sheer than the
first sister I tried. I wasn’t quite sure how many coats I would need when I
saw what it looked like after the first layer. But fortunately it builds up in
two layers, phew! The drying time is good. The polish dries up a bit brush
stroke-y, but I don’t mind that at all.
I made three dots by the base of each nail with
Picture Polish’s “Tease”.
Here’s the whole thing including a layer of topcoat.
The photo is taken in daylight.
And here it is in the lightbox. The colour shift isn’t
very prominent in this one – it just looks green most of the time. Fortunately
it’s a nice green :D
This is #00 on its own, no topcoat yet. Isn’t that a
nice green?

I tried to get more of the shift to show off in the
lightbox. You can see the purple around the edges of the nails.

Here are the two polishes I used today. I think Tease
is my favourite Picture Polish :)
