I look way better in silver than in gold, so I’d chose silver over gold
any day. But approaching Christmas fast now, I thought it’s time to use a
golden fleck polish from Sally Hansen that I bought over a year ago: Gilded
Lily!
I added red and gold to make it more Christmassy, and here’s my final
mani:
It’s basically two coats of Gilded Lily, which covers really well, and
then half the nail is painted with Morgan Taylor’s Best Dressed. That’s a red
to orange/gold shimmer. Then I’ve made a couple of green lines with Morgan
Taylor’s Wrapped in Riches, a lovely green/teal shimmer. A couple of golden
dots and a layer of topcoat, and I was done.
I wanted to make it more detailed, perhaps more lines, but my nails
aren’t quite big enough for that, so this’ll have to do.
Here are the pretty Christmassy colours I used:

The challenge next week is holo.
I may have a luxury problem when I’m picking my polish for that challenge…
I can’t wait to see what all the other girls came up with!
That's a gorgeous combo½
