Cast a Spell is from the WitchEE collection from this autumn.

I’ve fallen in love with orange polishes recently. it’s weird because I used to dislike orange on the nails. Perhaps it’s because earlier I’ve only seen the orange autumn-y shades that go really badly with my skin tone.

Anyway, Cast a Spell is a lovely orange. The formula is good and this is a one coater, sweet girls! I applied two out of habit and to see if it made a difference, but it didn’t really.

Here’s two coats and no topcoat taken with flash:

Oh yes, rainbows!

Here’s a low light picture. The rainbows are still there even though the colour is more muted.

I stamped on it. I found a swirly motif on Moyou London Mother Nature Collection-13 and I stamped with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri “Freeze!” which is an amazing blue shimmer. It’s not that perfect for stamping because of the massive amount of shimmer, but it works. I applied a layer of Poshé topcoat, and here’s my final mani:

Orange and blue look quite well together. One of my BF’s favourite colour combos, as it happens. I ended up liking this a lot too!

Overall impression: One coater, great colour, fantastic quality. Yes!
