"Isn't She Iconic?" is from OPI's Hello Kitty Holiday 2019 collection. It's a gorgeous super shiny shimmer.

The formula seems a little bit sheer but builds up to full opacity in two easy and fast drying coats.

I made some really simple flowers on it. I used two polishes from Gabrini for the flowers: A pink for the petals called "B10 Pembe" and a blue and white glitter for the middle called "C02".

This is how it all ended up - including a layer of topcoat.

I really like the idea of making the middle of the flowers with glitter. It's not the last time I do that!

This is "Isn't She Iconic?" alone, two coats and no topcoat. Look how shiny and shimmery it is!
