Layla: Ceramic Effect 23 Wine Desire

Here's a polish that I bought in Rome. The formula is great and the polish covers really well. It's not a polish you want on your cuticles for sure! I used two coats for full opacity and the drying time is good.

The sun was out so I wanted holo. I applied a layer of Painted Polish's holo topper "Diamond Dust" over the base colour. The drying time of the holo topper is good too.

I made a dotticure out of it with a pattern I've used several times before. I used a plain white for some of the dots, and a pink holo from Color Club, "Miss Bliss" for the rest of the dots.

Here's the final result, including a layer of topcoat.
