Essie ~ Forever
Family
Described as a
pearly mulberry red laced with subtle violet blue undertones (metallic)
I’m going to show you a really pretty polish today:
Essie’s “Forever Family”. The formula is great and the polish glides on in two
easy coats. The drying time is pretty good too.
I dapped a bit of glitter by the base of each nail. I
used W7’s “Fairy”, which is a lovely glitter, but the drying time is slow.
The stamp is from the stamping plate “ZJOY-Plus008”
and I stamped with a baby pink shimmer stamping polish from Born Pretty Store;
it’s number 39.
Here’s the final result including topcoat.
Isn’t it a lovely combination?
Here’s “Forever Family” alone; two coats and no
topcoat.
This is all the stuff I used today.
“Forever Family” is a lovely mulberry red shimmer, I
really like it. The glitter polish is lovely too, but the drying time is not
impressive. The bit of glitter by the base of the nails didn’t really ever dry
all the way through.
Number of
coats: 2
Drying time: Good for the shimmer, slow for the glitter

Finish: Metallic
shimmer / glitter
Overall impression: Great shimmer, I love that finish and the colour is great

Buy again: Yes
to the shimmer, probably no to the glitter because of the drying time
