Barry M: Purple Frost
Purple with silver flakies

The formula of "Purple Frost" seems a little bit lumpy because of the flakies. The application is still easy though and I used two coats for full opacity. The drying time is good.

I made a dotty design by the base of my nails in silver, pink and white.

This is the final design including topcoat. The photo is taken in daylight, no sun.

It's a really pretty purple.

This is "Purple Frost" alone; two coats and no topcoat yet. It doesn't dry up completely flat because of the flakies but the topcoat takes care of that little issue.

I quite like this, and I think that Barry M's "Molten Metal" collection generally is really cool.

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Good
Finish: Metallic flakie
Overall impression: Lumpy formula, nice colour, wild flakie effect
Buy again: Yes
