Sally Hansen: Dear Santa & CrowsToes: Hell Hath No Fury

Sally Hansen: Dear Santa & CrowsToes: Hell Hath No Fury
Classic red with shimmer & red, orange and iridescent glitters in various shapes and sizes

I started out with two coats of Sally Hansen's "Dear Santa". It's a lovely red shimmer that is just perfect for Christmas. I love red all year long though.

Then I topped the red with CrowsToes' "Hell Hath No Fury", a really pretty mix of red, orange and iridescent glitters.

The stamp is from the stamping plate "JR-96" and I stamped with a lovely purple shimmery stamping polish from El Corazón called "Restless Night".

Here's the end result with a layer of topcoat on top.

Purple and red go really good together.

This is one coat of "Hell Hath No Fury" over two coats of "Dear Santa". I am not loving this glitter as much over red as I thought I would. I think the colours are too close and I'll try this over a darker base colour shortly.

This is two coats of "Dear Santa" alone, no topcoat. The shimmer isn't very prominent, but I think it would pop a bit more if I had added topcoat.

These are the things I used today.

I really like both "Dear Santa" and "Hell Hath No Fury", I think they're great polishes both of them.

Number of coats: 2 of the red, 1 of the glitter
Drying time: Great for both
Finish: Shimmer / glitter
Overall impression: Yay to both of the polishes
Buy again: Yes to both polishes
