W7: Electra

W7: Electra
Bubblegum pink neon shimmer

The formula of "Electra" is a typical neon, not the easiest to work with. It's manageable but you have to be careful to make it cover in two coats. The drying time is good.

I topped it with a layer of holographic goodness: Painted Polish's "Diamond Dust".

I made dots because I love dots. The dark blue is Moyra's #504, the white is Golden Rose's #76. The lighter blue is the dark blue and the white mixed together.

Here's the final result including a layer of topcoat.

I like the outcome of my efforts a lot.

Here's two coats of "Electra" topped with one coat of "Diamond Dust".

This is "Electra" alone; two coats and no topcoat yet.
