Sally Hansen Color Therapy ~ Reflection Pool

Sally Hansen Color Therapy ~ Reflection Pool
Teal shimmer with a shift to purple

Sally Hansen is a cool mainstream brand in my opinion. They are not cheap here though so I either buy them when they’re on special or when I’m on holiday in other countries.

Today’s bottle of polish is from a sale. I still love teal! The duochromatic effect is nothing to brag about but the teal is really beautiful. The formula is good and I would have used two coats for full opacity if I wasn’t a blogger who took pics of my nails. I wanted to make sure that it presented itself perfectly so I applied three coats. The drying time is pretty average.

I considered to make a mermaid-y manicure but I wasn’t thrilled about the idea to be honest. So I mixed it with a beautiful purple/magenta nail foil.

Take a look and the final manicure. Isn’t that just pretty?

I really like these two colours together.

This is “Reflection Pool” on its own; three coats and a thin layer of topcoat. The weak shift to purple is noticeable mostly in the bottle.

It has taken me a while to get to use “Reflection Pool” but this is definitely a polish that stays here. It’s so pretty.

Number of coats: I used 3 for the camera. It covers in 2 coats.
Drying time: Average
Finish: Shimmer with a tiny shift to purple
Overall impression: Beautiful colour and finish. Good formula.
Buy again: Yes

    1. I'm sometimes lucky to find them cheap here too, but I always look for them when I travel :)
