Coolcos: #07

Coolcos: #07
Dark purple with pink shimmer

The formula of Coolcos' #07 is good and it covers in two coats. The drying time is good.

I topped it with a layer of Revlon's "Holographic Pearls", which is a great topper. I made two little stripes on each nail with Colors by Llarowe's "The Heart Bleeds" on each nail. It's originally a stamping polish but I really like using it for dots and stripes. I placed a floral nail sticker on top of the stripes.

Here's the final result - I was lucky to get a glimpse of the sun today.

This is two coats of Coolcos #07 alone; no topcoat yet.

There was a time where Coolcos polishes smelled really bad, but this one doesn't even though it isn't new.

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Good
Finish: Shimmer
Overall impression: Pretty shimmer that is mostly visible in the sun
Buy again: Not really sure, even though it is pretty

Christmas nails, 9th of December

December is going really fast and soon it'll be Christmas. I'm sure looking forward to it!

Today's manicure is metallic red with a couple of Christmas penguins and a bit of snow on top - because there's nothing quite like Christmas penguins!

Here they are:

The metallic red is from Coolcos and has number 04. I used one single coat as the base.

The glitter is "Elise" from Moyra. I dapped it on with a sponge.

The Christmas penguins are nail stickers from Aliexpress. It's such a great place for cool nail decorations, even though the delivery time is a killer.

I love this, I think the penguins are super cute and I love the base colour.
