Dreamland Lacquer ~ Kiss me, I’m a Fish

Dreamland Lacquer ~ Kiss me, I’m a Fish
Neon green jelly with holographic flakies

Kiss me, I’m a Fish is from the #Autocorrect collection from summer 2017. I don’t buy entire collections very often anymore, but I did buy the entire #Autocorrect collection. It’s a super pretty collection, all with the same beautiful holo flakie finish.

The formula was good and easy to work with. I used two fast drying coats for my mani. The stamp is from the stamping plate BP-L 006 and I stamped with Nabi’s Hologram polish in Purple. It’s a beautiful reddish purple holo, but unfortunately it doesn’t stamp out that well. It was worth a shot though.

This is my final mani in the sun.

I just love this highlighter green polish, I think it’s amazing! Here it is on its own; two coats, no topcoat. The picture is taken in the sun.

And here’s a lightbox picture. This is a perfect summer colour!

Here are the two polishes I used. I have a bunch of those Hologram polishes from Nabi. I’m actually surprised that they weren’t more popular back then because they’re super pretty and they come in a great range of colours.

I am very pleased with this polish!

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Really good
Finish: Jelly with holographic flakies
Overall impression: Wow, I love this! The colour is amazing and the quality of the polish is great!

Layla ~ Ceramic Effect CE65 Changing Cherry

Layla ~ Ceramic Effect CE65 Changing Cherry
Magenta shimmer

Layla is a brand I have bought on my two last vacations to Italy. It’s a great brand with lots of shimmer and shine; it’s right up my alley!

Today’s mani is a double stamped one. I used a motif from Moyra’s stamping plate 08-Geometry. First I stamped with black: El Corazón’s stamping polish “Black”, and then I stamped with a pink holo: Color Club’s “Halo-Graphic”. I topped the whole thing with topcoat and this is my final mani taken with flash:

This is the same thing in ordinary daylight, no sun.

This is CE65 on its own. It’s two super easy and fast drying coats. Look at that pink shimmer, isn’t it just amazing?

Here are the polishes I used:

If you ever come across Layla’s polishes you should definitely give them a go.

Kiko Glitter Metal ~ #03 Strawberry Red

Kiko Glitter Metal ~ #03 Strawberry Red
Red jelly packed with metallic microglitter

Kiko is a great brand and it should be featured more here in blogland for sure. Their relatively new Glitter Metal collection holds 6 different metallic glitter polishes; I bought the four colours I liked. Strawberry Red is the first one I try on.

The formula is really good and the polish covers in two easy and fast drying coats. And man, can this polish shine! The metallic glitter makes this really stunning!

I made two flowers on each nail as you can see :D

There’s not even topcoat involved anywhere in the process and the shine is really outstanding!

Here’s Strawberry Rose on its own. I just love polishes like this!

Thumbs up for Kiko from me. I love that make – both their polishes and their makeup.
