KBShimmer ~ Purr-fectly Paw-some

KBShimmer ~ Purr-fectly Paw-some
Described as pastel moody blue linear holographic polish with steel gray and lavender undertones

Purr-fectly Paw-some is from the Spring 2016 collection just like Blue-d Lines and Thistle be the Day that I showed you earlier.
The formula is really good and the polish applies easily. I used two coats for my mani and the drying time is really good.

Here’s two coats and no topcoat taken with flash:

I seriously love the rainbow in this bottle of polish!

I added a stamp. The motif is from the stamping plate BP-42 and I stamped with El Corazón’s Fuchsia. I topped it all with a layer of topcoat to seal it properly.

Here’s my final mani taken with flash:

This picture is taken in the shade. The rainbows are still there!

I am super happy with this polish, it’s such a nice shade with super cool rainbows!

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Really good
Finish: Linear holo
Overall impression: Really pretty polish with some impressive rainbows!

El Corazón #423/764 ~ Sleeping Beauty

El Corazón #423/764 ~ Sleeping Beauty
Purple to blue to green duochrome shimmer with holo microglitter

Here’s another one of El Corazón’s amazing duochromatic polishes. I really like them because the colour shift is so prominent.

I used two coats for my mani and the drying time is good. I didn’t experience any problems with application and this beauty doesn’t need underwear.

Here’s two coats and no topcoat taken in low lights.

Look at that colour shift. Isn’t it pretty?

This is taken in ordinary daylight. I love the holo effect, it really adds “something” to the look.

This picture is taken with flash. That is the only way I could get the green to show up on the pictures.

I didn’t really know what to do with it, so I just kept it like that. And yes, I am a fan of El Corazón’s duochromes!

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Very good
Finish: Duochrome with shimmer and holo flecks
Overall impression: Good polish with a nice colour shift!

OPI ~ She’s a bad Muffuletta!

OPI ~ She’s a bad Muffuletta!
Pink toned red crème

Today I’m wearing one of the polishes from OPI’s spring 2016 New Orleans collection. So far I’ve bought three of them :)

The formula is really good and it is easy to work with. I used two coats for my mani and the drying time is good. If all OPI’s crème polishes were like this, I would definitely buy more of them.

Here’s two coats and no topcoat:

It’s a really nice colour, I like it a lot. I decided to holofy it, because everything is better with holo. I tried my new holo topcoat from Colour Alike, “Holo Top 2.0”. It’s easy to work with and it doesn’t grey the base colour much. The only downside is that the drying time is a little bit slow. I can live with that though.

This is the holo effect it gives:

And then I made glitter stripes on it. I used a black/white glitter from Golden Rose with the number 134 – it doesn’t have a name.

Here’s the final mani including a layer of topcoat:

I like “She’s a bad Muffuletta” a lot and I can’t wait until the next two polishes from the collection arrive!

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Really good
Finish: Crème
Overall impression: I like the colour and the quality of the polish a lot
