Pink crème

I haven’t worn this gorgeous pink since March 2018 so it’s definitely time again. I was in the mood for something bright and cheerful and I’d say that “Hey Baby” is exactly that.

“Hey Baby” is originally from Christmas 2014. The formula is still good and easy to work with. I used two coats for my manicure. Looking at the pics I probably should have used three coats but you can’t see the small irregularities in real life. The drying time is good.

The stamp is from the stamping plate “KADS Geometry 017”. I stamped with a plain white stamping polish from Konad. I topped it all with Top Shelf Lacquer’s holo glitter topper “It’s Not What You Drink”.

Overall impression: Really nice colour! Good formula allthough it’s not quite covering in two coats.

Red with both shimmer and holo shimmer

“I’m Really An Actress” is from OPI’s Spring 2021 Hollywood collection. I honestly hadn’t checked it out, but a friend of mine saw this red beauty in the local drugstore and just knew it would be a polish for me. So here it is!

The formula is really good and so is both coverage and drying time. I used two super easy coats for full opacity.

I stamped a little silver holo star by the base of each nail. The star is from the stamping plate “KADS Sky 004”. I stamped with Color Club’s “Harp On It”.

I have to say that I don’t understand that OPI doesn’t make more polishes with bling. This polish would be equally gorgeous in a rainbow collection! Would I buy them all if such a collection was made? Yes I would!
