Bright orange with golden shimmer

Today’s beautiful orange polish is bought in Italy last year. What a great vacation that was! Great sights, good food, lots of shopping and amazing company. I want to do that again!

The formula is really good and I’ll be sure to check IT Style for new polishes if I ever come to Italy again, because these are really good polishes. I used two coats for full opacity and the drying time is good.

I applied a layer of topcoat and after that was dry I made a tape glitter manicure out of it. I taped diagonally across each nail, applied clear nail polish and sprinkled blue glitter onto the wet clear polish. I brushed off as much of the ecxess  glitter as I could and then my manicure was done.

Look at what I ended up with.

Cobalt blue with warm toned silver shimmer

This IT Style polish is from my latest trip to Italy. It’s a lovely blue with a beautiful shimmer and a really nice formula. You can actually get away with one coat for full coverage! I used two anyway, mostly because I prefer it that way. The drying time was really good.

The silver holo stars are made with cheap nail vinyls. I used a silver holo from Urban Outfitters for the stars – it’s called “Silver Holo”. It’s a great silver holo (I wonder how many times I can fit “Silver Holo” into this blog post!)

I topped the silver holo stars with topcoat and my manicure was done.

This is the same thing in daylight on a cloudy morning.

And here’s #171 on its own; two coats and a layer of topcoat.

Red with pink microglitter

Here’s another beauty from Italy! I bought so many pretties there. It took a while to actually find them but it was so worth the search.

The formula was good and covered well. I used two coats for my manicure but I could easily have got away with just one. Don’t you just love that!?

I applied a layer of silver/holo glitter over it. It’s a beauty from Alix Avien. It’s another nameless polish, but it’s number 110. It’s an oldie and I love it!

I sealed the whole thing up with topcoat and this is my final manicure taken in ordinary daylight.

 

I adore this. Sometimes glitter is all a polish need.

This is the IT Style polish on its own. It’s two coats and no topcoat yet. This picture is taken in ordinary daylight. There’s no topcoat involved just yet, but the microglitter pops a bit more after the topcoat.

Here are the two polishes, one from Italy and one from Turkey.

I’m well impressed with my polishes from IT Style and I will check out their range again if we ever go to Italy again.
