Sinsay ~ Steel Blue

Sinsay ~ Steel Blue
Subtle steel blue to green and purple duochrome with shimmer

The fomula of this little bottle of polish is really good and it’s easy to work with. I used two coats for full opacity and the drying time is good too.

I added glitter because glitter makes everything better.

I brush a line of clear polish down the middle of each nail and sprinkled glitter onto it while it was still wet. Then I sealed it all up with topcoat.

Here’s the final result. Isn’t that glitter just lovely?

Here’s “Steel Blue” alone; this is two coats and no topcoat. You can’t see the shift at all here.

This is the same thing in the lightbox. The shift is visible here but only just. It’s a nice colour nonetheless.

Here are the two things I used today.

I really like this; both the polish and the outcome.

Sinsay Nails ~ 33X Red part II

Sinsay Nails ~ 33X Red part II
Red with holo pigment

I bought this polish on one of my vacations. It’s a gorgeous classic red with holo goodness in it. Incidentally it has got exactly the same name as another polish from the same brand! I’ll get back to that later.

The formula is really good and I used two coats for full coverage. The drying time is good.

I made black and white dots on it. I don’t know why, but I really like dots on this shade of red!

I topped it with topcoat and this is my end result in the sun.

I like it a lot even though my topcoat pulled a bit on my design. It’s way more obvious on the pictures than it is in real life though.

And here’s “33X Red” in the sunshine. It’s a gorgeous red, I really like it.

The stuffs I used today:

Here are the two polishes with the same name: “33X Red”.

And here they are from the front. It’s not at all the same polish. The left one is packed with metallic silver shimmer and the right one has holo pigment in it. How weird that they share the same name.

Finish: Holo pigment
Overall impression: Good formula and coverage. Sexy colour.

Sinsay Nails ~ 33X Red (Part 1)

Sinsay Nails ~ 33X Red
Pink packed with metallic silver shimmer

Here’s another little gem from one of my vacations. It’s a pink packed with metallic shimmer, really pretty.

The formula is really good and I used two coats for full coverage. You can easily get away with one single coat though. The drying time is good.

The stamping design is from the stamping plate “UR Beautiful-15” and I stamped with El Corazón’s stamping polish “Vinous”.

I topped it with topcoat and this is my end result in daylight.

I like this colour combination, I think it’s perfect.

And here’s “33X Red” in daylight with a bit of sunshine. The shimmer in this polish is just amazing!!
