Christmas nails, 3rd of December

Happy third of December! I hope you’re enjoying my Christmas Calendar of Christmas manicures already.  

Today’s nails are yellow and green with glitter. The main colours of Christmas to me are red, green and gold – but I am determined to make my Christmas nails all the colours of the rainbow before December is over.

Look at these:

The yellow base is H & M’s “Mimosa Blossom”; three coats. Two coats are enough for people who aren’t photographing their nails :D  

The green stripes are stamped on; the stamping plate I used is “Nicole Diary-L04”. The green stamping polish doesn’t have a name but it’s from Born Pretty Store.

The glitter is from CrowsToes and is called “Bad Catholic”.

Originally cobalt blue linear holo, now faded into a green linear holo

"Vape Me" is a Facebook group custom from August 2015. It was originally a bold cobalt blue linear holo, and has now faded into a gorgeous teal leaning green.

The formula is good and the polish covers in two easy coats. The drying time was good.

I painted two lines on each nail, a neon yellow one and a white one.

And this is "Vape Me" alone, two coats and no topcoat. The photo is taken in the evening sun.

It's always a shame when polishes fade but I must admit that I find "Vape Me" insanely pretty - even prettier than it was in its original state.

"Vape Me" was limited edition and is no longer available.
