Glam Polish ~ Lehua

Glam Polish ~ Lehua
Berry red subtle holo with flakies and flecks

Lehua (Flower of the Ohi'a Tree) is from the Over the Rainbow Flakies Collection. Lani was only released in a very limited number of bottles along with four of her sisters. I showed you Moana and Lani already, click here and here if you missed those posts. Do it, they're beautiful!!

The formula is good and it covers well. I used two coats for my mani and the drying time between the layers is good.

Here’s two coats and a layer of topcoat in the sun:

This is a picture taken with flash to show this polish’s full potential.

There’s a ton of flakies and flecks in Lehua. Isn’t it beautiful!?

I made a flower on each nail. I made six white dots and then dotted El Corazón’s 423/251 jelly neon yellow on the petals. I added a little stud to the middle of each flower, and then I added an additional layer of topcoat. Here’s the final result in the sun:

Ooh, I like this a lot!

I only bought these three out of five polishes. The last two were Mauna Loa which is orange and Kilauea which is black. None of those really spoke to me.

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Pretty good
Finish: Holo with flakies and flecks
Overall impression: This is my favourite of the three sisters!
Buy again: Yes

    1. The only Glams I was disappointed in was the ones inspired by the Grease movie. They were three coaters and the holo effect wasn't impressive :/
