Color by Llarowe ~ Plum Perfect

Color by Llarowe ~ Plum Perfect
Purple linear holo with blue holo flame

Plum Perfect is from the Winter 2015 collection. It’s hard for me to resist a nice linear holo and especially when it’s purple, so Plum Perfect was one of the first polishes from the Winter collection I decided to buy. Fortunately it’s just as beautiful in real life as it is on all the swatches I’ve seen of it.

The formula is good and the polish covers really well. I probably could have gotten away with one coat if I had wanted it really badly. I ended up with two coats because that’s how I prefer it. Drying time is good.

Are you ready for something really beautiful? Here’s two coats and no topcoat taken with flash:

OMG take a look at those rainbows! I’m totally swooning every time I look at my nails!!!

I stamped on it. I found a circle motif on my new stamping plate from Gogoonly “St. Merry”. My sweet friend Carolyn sent it to me, and the motifs are all fantastic.

This is my final mani taken with flash:

The mani is also really pretty in low lights:

I stamped with white, but Plum Perfect is a bleeder, which means that the stamp takes colour after the base polish when you topcoat it. I don’t mind that the stamp looks like lilac here.

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Really good
Finish: Linear holo
Overall impression: Wow, just wow!
Buy again: I definitely would!
