I made three frankenpolishes the other day, and I thought it would be cool to share the pics of them here on my blog.
None of them have got names yet. Suggestions are welcome and will be appreciated!
First
one up is glittery red. This is the franken with the thinnest formula
and the one that needs to be shaken the most to mix the glitter before
applying. It went on pretty smoothly though, and it took two coats
before I was satisfied. It's jelly-ish, but not completely. The glitter
doesn't feel lumpy or bumpy at all. I really like this one!
Next
one up is purple. There's two different colours of purple glitter in
it, and one of them shifts to red and pink in certain light. The formula
is lumpy because of the glitter, and it really likes to be covered in a
thick layer of top coat. Two coats as well:
The
last one is blueish/greenish - not really sure how to describe the
colour, but I love it! The formula is great, it took two easy coats to
reach full opacity. This polish contains holographic silver glitter as
well. This is my favourite of the three:
I wear Essence XXXL Shine top coat over all three polishes.
What do you think? Any suggestions for names?
They are all great. The light shimmery teal is my fave too. Loving the two tones of glitter in the purple though too.
ReplyDeleteI think the third - the teal - should be called: Don't s-teal my spotlight!
Awesome job!
Great name, I really like that; thanks! :)
DeleteI really like the red-ish tone in the purple too, but it's just a bit too bumpy for my likings. I considered grinding the glitter next time, actually :D
I love the teal! So pretty!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, it's definitely my favourite :)
DeleteBoth look great =]
ReplyDeleteThese colors are stunning! I think my favorite has the be the blue/green one!
ReplyDeleteThanks! That's my favourite too, also because of the holo glitter. :)
DeleteI think the blue is my favourite too but they're all pretty. As for names, I'll start thinking...
ReplyDeleteI cross my fingers that you come up with something really good, thanks. :)
DeleteThat first red reminds me of Ruby Pumps! They are all so pretty!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking of that myself. Perhaps I should call it "Ruby boots" or something...
