I ♥ Nail Polish (ILNP) ~ Rehab
Aqua/teal linear holo with
turquoise shimmer
Rehab is from ILNP’s summer collection 2014. It was obvious that it had
to come and sit in my stash: I love teals and I love holos. Win/win!
The formula is good, and two coats is what it took to make this baby
shine. I used my regular basecoat and didn’t experience any problems with
application whatsoever. Drying time is good.
Here’s two coats and no topcoat:
Isn’t that colour just fanstatic? And the rainbows are so beautiful!
I also like the colour in low lights.
I decided to get the best of both worlds, so I paired it up with a
glitter. I used China Glaze’s “Put a Bow on it” from the Happy Holiglaze
collection from Christmas 2013.
I taped my nails and painted the tips with the glitter and then added
three dots of glitter on the teal holo. I applied two layers of topcoat because
Put a Bow on it is a topcoat thirsty glitter!
Here’s my final mani:
And a low light picture:
The polishes:
I love this colour combo! And I was so happy to dig out Put a Bow on it
again, it’s such a pretty glitter. It deserves way more attention than it gets!
