Kiko ~ 401 Holographic

Kiko ~ 401 Holographic
Sky blue scattered holo

Kiko made four scattered holographic polishes a long while ago. I’m not sure when it was exactly, but I think it was in 2012, before everything in the universe and beyond went holo. I’ve got all four of them, there’s a taupe, a baby pink and a charcoal, and then of course this blue one, that I’m wearing today.

I thought I could get away with one coat - but I wasn’t careful enough with the application, so I ended up using two. Drying time is really good.

Here’s two coats and no topcoat taken in a weak sunbeam.

I must admit that I think that Kiko did a really good job making this polish!

Here’s a low light picture. It’s still a pleasant colour.

I mixed it with two other Kikos. The darker blue is #434 from the Laser Collection, and the black with glitter is #442 from the Digital collection. There’s a layer of topcoat to seal it all up.

This is the low light picture of the final mani.

Here are the three Kikos I used.

All three polishes were limited edition and are no longer available.

I think Kiko is a great brand. What about you? Do you know it? If yes, do you like it? :)

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Really gool
Finish: Scattered holo
Overall impression: Nice polish, I like the quality a lot
Buy again: Yes

    1. I remember they weren't that easy to get your hands on because it was before Kiko shipping internationally :D
