Pahlish:
Down the Chimney
A charcoal jelly with a mix of pink and orange flakes with a hint of violet
aurora
"Down The Chimney" is part of the group custom "For The Love Of
Polish" for December 2020. December's theme was "Winter Wonderland".
The
formula is okay but sheer, like these types of flakies often are. I think it's
to make the flakies shine to the max. I used three coats for full opacity. The
drying time is good.
I painted two stripes down each nail with a cherise stamping polish from KADS.
I placed a white flower by the base of each nail and on top of the stripes.
Here's the final result including a layer of topcoat. The photo is taken in
daylight, no sun.

I like the look of this!

This is "Down The Chimney" alone, three coats and a layer of topcoat.

Here are the things I used today.
I must admit that grey isn't my favourite colour nail polish. I do quite like
the flakies though.
Here are links to the two other polishes in December's FTLOP box:
Polished For Days: Oh Deer
Quixotic Polish: Dancing Sugar Plums
Number of
coats: 3
Drying time: Good
Finish: Flakie
Overall impression: Sheer formula, pretty flakies, not my favourite colour
Buy again: No
