Emily de Molly ~ Illumine

Emily de Molly ~ Illumine
Purple linear holo with pink shimmer

I was in the mood for purple and holo. My eyes caught Illumine from Emily de Molly, and I decided that it was the polish I had been looking for.

The formula is good and easy to work with. It took two easy and fast drying coats to achieve full opacity. And wow, this is a really great purple holo.

Here’s two coats and no topcoat:

I love rainbows like these ones!

I also like Illumine in lower lights. The rainbows are still visible and the colour is nice.

I didn’t quite know what to do with it. I considered stamping but I honestly wasn’t in the mood. So instead I grabbed a Color Club: What’s Your Sign, and made my design by the base of each nail. A layer of topcoat completed my mani. Here’s the final result:

I like these two polishes together, they compliment each other really well.

Here they are:

I loved wearing this!
