Christmas stamping on Orly ~ Meet me under the mistletoe and Star Spangled

Christmas stamping

It’s Christmas very soon, and there’s not much time left for Christmas designs. I wanted to do a couple more before it’s all over, and this one is one of them.

I used two oldies but goodies as the base colours. I used Orly “Meet me under the mistletoe” which is a very sparkly green beauty from ‘Tis the Season collection from Christmas 2010; and Orly “Star Spangled” which is a red microglitter polish from the In the Navy collection from Summer 2010. Two trusted and very good polishes indeed.

I used two coats of each and a layer of NYC top coat to achieve this look:

And from a different angle:

Then I prepared myself for stamping. I used my XL stamping plate K – Holiday designs for all the designs, and a no name white stamping polish.

The top coat is Poshé this time – my most trusted top coat when it comes to stamping. It almost never pulls on my designs. I like that!

And here’s my final mani again. I enjoy looking at the little “happy holidays” sign on the middle fingers.

And here are the two pretty polishes, I used:

Happy Holidays indeed!
