Layla Ceramic Effect ~ CE 54

Layla Ceramic Effect ~ CE 54
Dark green jelly with green hexagons, glitter and microglitter

This is just a short post to show you a very neglected polish. it has indeed been sitting in the box of untrieds for almost two years now, yikes! And seriously, it deserves more attention than that, the poor thing!

The formula is a bit thick but not difficult to work with at all. The coverage is really good for a jelly – I used two coats for my swatches. The drying time is a bit on the slow side, so I definitely recommend that you use a fast drying top coat on CE 54.

Here’s what the beauty looks like; Two coats and a layer of Essence Top Sealer:

I didn’t fish for the hexes, nor did I do anything to place them on my nails. I just painted and let the glitter spread out on its own, and this is what it ended up looking like. Not bad IMO!

I love this shade of green and I find the glitter extremely pretty!

I have to apologize to the polish or letting it sit unnoticed for so long :(

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Slow
Finish: Jelly with glitter and hexes
Removal: I’d recommend the foil method
Overall impression: Deep colour with great coverage. I love it!
Buy again: Yes
