Glittering Elements ~ 50
shades of turquoise & Enchanted Treasure
Turquoise scattered holo
with blue shimmer
&
Grey scattered holo with golden and magenta shimmer
Today I paired two special polishes from Glittering Elements. Enchanted
Treasure is special because it’s a limited edition polish. It comes from the
Fairy box which was April’s limited edition box. 50 shades of turquoise is
special because it’s a Facebook group custom, and was only available for the
group members.
The first coat looks really sheer – that goes for both polishes. But
they build up nicely in two coats. Drying time is good.
I made a gradient on my ring finger and the middle finger. I stamped
over the gradient with a motif from Moyou London’s plate Fashionista
Collection-13. I stamped with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Whirlwind White.
On my pinkie and my pointed I dotted a small flower.
Here’s my final mani in the sun:
I quite like gradients with stamps over them. It looks really cool.
Here’s a lightbox picture.
The pretty sistas:
I like the colour of 50 shades of turquoise the most. I would have love
the holo effect to be way stronger, but you know how greedy I am when it comes
to holos.
Both polishes were limited editions and are no longer available.
Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Good
Drying time: Good
Finish: Scattered holo
Overall impression: Good
quality polishes. Discrete holos, nice turquoise colour.
Buy again: Yes to the
turquoise
nice design :)
