Colors by Llarowe ~ Blue Skies & Sunny Days

Colors by Llarowe ~ Blue Skies & Sunny Days
Blue sky linear holo with blue sparks

Blue Skies & Sunny Days is a Facebook group custom and I am super pleased that I got my hands on it because it’s beautiful.

I used two easy and fast drying coats for my mani. Great polish. Let me show you the final mani before I continue:

I can understand if you wonder why there’s some kind of pattern on the middle finger and the ring finger. It’s actually an attempt of using some pretty cool water decals. I used Color by Llarowe’s stamping polish “Sparkling Diamond” as underwear, but unfortunately the decals were not the best quality. They were thin and flimsy and apparently they only work with white underwear.
Here’s a picture of the decals so you can see what I tried to get a picture of on two of my fingers.

Not quite the same effect!

Here’s a daylight picture for you. I quite like the water colour effect, but the black branches kind of ruins it a little bit. Oh well!

Here are the two polishes I used:

Blue Skies & Sunny Days was limited edition and is no longer available.

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Fast
Durability: Good
Finish: Linear holo with flakes
Overall impression: Great polish even though the flakes are a bit shy in my bottle
Buy again: Yes

  1. It's a pity the decals were so transparent, it could have been pretty.

    1. It could have been super pretty. I don't understand why they don't work over silver!

  2. The polishes - oh yes yes yes, the decals in the combo - no no no.
But I think they will still look great with the white underwear.
