Golden Rose Matte #02 and Golden Rose Impression #20

Golden Rose Matte #02 and Golden Rose Impression #20
More polishes from Turkey

Today I’m going to show you a mani I did with two polishes I bought in Turkey. I bought them while there was a power outage, so I honestly didn’t know precisely what I bought. Check out this post if you want to read that full story.

The base colour is Golden Rose Matte #02, an amazing pink shimmery polish. Easy to work with and almost covers in one single coat. I wore two coats though, but it hardly made a difference. On my pinkies and pointers I applied a layer of Golden Rose Impression #20, a mix of pink and blue bar glitter. When I bought it I thought it was a regular polish with glitter – I did certainly not think it was bar glitter. But never mind!

Here’s the final mani.

The stamp is from a Moyou London stamping plate called Mother Nature collection-13 and I just stamped with NailNation 3000’s Black.

Here’s a flash picture I took. There’s a layer of topcoat included too.

Here’s Golden Rose Matte #02 in the sunshine. I am not crazy about the matte look, so I applied a layer of topcoat, just because that’s the way I roll.

I’m actually glad that I bought that glitter even though I’m not a fan of bar glitter. It’s nice to move a bit outside the comfort zone once in a while, don’t you think?

Number of coats: 2, but 1 would have been enough
Drying time: Really fast
Finish: Matte with shimmer
Overall impression: I love that pink polish, I think it’s amazing!
Buy again: Yes to both
