Note to Elf is from Different Dimension’s winter collection from 2014.

The formula is good and easy to work with. No dragging or bald spots or problems with coverage. I used two coats for this mani and the drying time is good.

I attached a flower by the base of each nail and topcoated the whole thing.

Here’s my final mani: Two coats and a layer of topcoat in the sun:

I love this colour and I must admit that I find the flowers really well picked ;)
