Anny ~ Miss
Undercover
Green to blue
duochromatic shimmer
Here’s another polish from Anny’s little trilogy of
duochromatic polishes. “Miss Undercover” seems to have the least prominent
shift of the three, so her name seems quite appropriate.
I went with black as the underwear for my manicure,
and applied one layer of “Miss Undercover” over the black. The formula is good
and so is the drying time.
I decided to mix it with holo glitter and purple :D
The holo glitter is “Hello Holo” from Essence, and the
purple is #497 from Colour Alike.
This is what it all ended up looking like, including a
layer of topcoat. This photo is taken in daylight.
Here’s the same thing in the lightbox. That didn’t do
anything good for the purple; look how boring it looks in the lightbox.
This is one layer of “Miss Undercover” over black. You
can see how “discrete” the shift to blue is here.
Here’s the same thing in ordinary daylight.
And here are the pretty models.

Overall impression: Good shift, nice colours. Pops the best over a base colour.

Oooohhh, that Colour Alike polish is gorgeous!!! I adore the nail art - and yes, I also think the shift in Miss Undercover is a bit underwhelming :D
ReplyDeleteThe Colour Alike is such a gem, great consistancy and coverage - and I love the price too :D
