Maybelline: 110 Urban Coral & Claire's 47814 Neon
Coral
Coral crème topped with Coral and iridescent glitter
I got this polish in a beauty grab bag. There was a time where I didn't like
coral polishes but those times have changed. I've found that the more nail
polishes I try on, the more different colours and finishes I like.
The formula of
"Urban Coral" is okay but the coverage isn't amazing. I used three
coats for my nails today and the drying time is average.
I topped it with one coat of Claire's #47814 Neon Coral, a lovely glittery
topper, which I thought would be perfect on top of "Urban Coral".
Then I attached a butterfly sticker onto each nail and made three yellow dots
on each nail. I topped it all with topcoat and my nail were done.
Here they are. The polish photograph a tone darker than it really is.

Here are the things I used today.
"Urban Coral" is very nice, but the coverage put me off a little bit.
I have written that the drying time is average, but a day after, when I removed
this, I could actually scrape some of it off - which means it never really
dried all the way through.
Number of coats: 3
Drying time: Average on the surface, didn't really dry through
Finish: Crème
Overall impression: I like the colour but that's about it
Buy again: No
It is a nice colour, I'd happily wear it. And looks super fab with the Claire's on top! And very cute final mani :-D
ReplyDeleteThank you, dearest ♥
DeleteThe base colour is so "creamy", I'd like to stamp something white on it (I know, I'm so "boring" with white stamping...) :-) Very cute butterflies! :-)
ReplyDeleteWhite isn't boring at all :D I just like yellow and orange together a lot :)
