China Glaze ~ All Wrapped Up
Indigo Microglitter
Indigo Microglitter
Here’s another polish from China Glaze’s holiday collection 2013 “Happy
Holi-Glaze”. I showed you “Put A Bow on it” earlier today here, and now it’s time
for the indigo glitter!
Application and drying time is good, just like earlier today. The main
difference on the two polishes is the coverage. ‘All Wrapped up’ covered much
better than ‘Put a Bow on it’, and I think I could have got away with two coats
if I had been more careful with the application. But I wasn’t, so three coats
is what I used to make this opaque.
And man! I thought the magenta glitter was going to be my favourite of
the bunch, but this indigo is even prettier!!
Here’s three coats with a layer of topcoat:
Isn’t that just amazing? I love it!
I really like glitters that work on their own. And I don’t mind three
coaters as long as the drying time is fast!
I made some simple stripes on it. I used a red glitter striper from NYX
called “Red Glitter” – I know, amazing and wackily offbeat name, right?
Hahaha!! And after that I applied another layer of topcoat, and here’s my final
mani:
Here’s a pic where the polish is leaning purple. I love indigo/purple
and red together, I think that go really well!
And one last picture, just because I want to :)
Yes, I’m glad I chose to buy All Wrapped Up, even though I did consider
not to. It’s definitely worth having in the stash. What did you pick up from
this collection, if anything?
