Ellagee ~ Summer Breeze

Ellagee ~ Summer Breeze
Teal green scattered holo

This beauty has been hiding in one of the small boxes of untrieds – I must admit that I had forgotten that I actually owned it. It was a joy to re-find Summer Breeze because the polish is really pretty.

The formula is a bit on the thick side, but easy to manage anyway. It was almost opaque after the first coat, but I apply two to make it look perfect. Drying time between the coats is good, nothing bad to report there either.

Here’s what two coats of Summer Breeze looks like in the sunshine:

Is that gorgeous or what??

This colour is so me, no doubt about that!

I decided to play with some bubblewrap! I applied a layer of NailNation 3000’s Doppelgänger and while it was still wet I pressed bubblewrap onto the nails. I finished the mani off with a layer of topcoat:

I kid you not: I love the design the bubbles created!

Here’s a picture taken in ordinary daylight:

This will not be the last time I play with bubblewrap! Have you tried this method?

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Good
Durability: Good
Finish: Scattered holo
Overall impression: I was really impressed with this polish, it’s a beauty inside out!
Buy again: Yes
