Pahlish ~ ? (Mystery polish)

Pahlish  ~ ? (Mystery polish)
Dark green with green and coppery microglitter

Here’s a polish that you won’t find swatches of everywhere. It’s one of Pahlish’s mystery polishes. That means you don’t know what you get before you open the nail mail. I’m a sucker for surprises, so I usually order a mystery polish when I order polishes anyway.

This time I got a dark green with microglitter. The formula is on the thick side but it’s easy to work with. It’s opaque in one single coat too! I tried to apply a second coat but it didn’t make any difference at all. So yes – one coat is enough! The drying time is good, no problems to report at all.

Here is two coats and no topcoat in ordinary daylight:

The microglitter is a little bit shy. I think it’s because the base colour is so dense.

It’s a nice green in my opinion.

I applied a layer of Sally Hansen’s Color Foil “Minted Metal”. I dapped some of it off again with bubble wrap. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of this step. Last step was to apply a layer of Ellagee’s “Rainbow Syrup”, which is a great holo topcoat.

Here’s my final mani:

It’s almost psychedelic!

This won’t be my last Mystery Polish. Have you tried to order something you didn’t know what was?

Number of coats: 2

    1. I must admit that I have gotten polishes in the past where I have thought "ugh..." when I unwrapped it. But there is usually good homes even for polishes like that :) And thank you :)
