PrettyPots ~ Blueberry Muffin

PrettyPots  ~ Blueberry Muffin
Purple/blueberry scattered holo

Yesterday I showed you Green Velvet Cupcake – and Blueberry Muffin is the pretty sister!

I didn’t encounter any problems with the formula and the polish is really easy to work with. It takes two easy coats to make it opaque and the drying time between the coats is pretty good.

It was evening and the sun had almost gone down, but I managed to snag a series of photos for you. Here’s two coats and no topcoat; the picture is taken in the evening sun:

I love the way the holo dust looks!

I painted a pink hologlitter stripe down the middle of each finger. I used Eva Mosaic Fashion Colour #62. When that was dry I panted a thinner stripe down the middle of the whole thing. For this I used a striper from Ming Shang that doesn’t appear to have name nor a number.

Here’s my final mani in the last bit of evening sun:

I think it looks cool with the two colours down the middle!

Here’s a lightbox pic so you can see the Eva polish better.

I might as way say it right away: I dig this. I think it’s awesome! :D

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Good
Finish: Scattered holo with shimmer
Overall impression: Pretty colour, subtle but nice scattered effect
Buy again: Yes
