Golden Rose and Dance Legend

Golden Rose and Dance Legend
Green and yellow

I wanted to do something different today. I found two polishes in the infamous box: Golden Rose Matte #15, a lovely green, and Dance Legend Fresh #73, a yellow shimmer.

I don’t do much yellow; I usually think yellows act like divas! But anyway, green and yellow together can’t go wrong.

The green Golden Rose covers in two easy coats and the drying time is really good. The yellow Dance Legend was actually really easy to work with and almost looking great after two coats. I gave it a third coat and was really happy with the result!

I dapped a bit of dark yellow glitter by the base of my pinkie and my pointer. I dry brushed green and white over the two yellow nails and topped it all with topcoat.

Here’s my final mani in daylight:

I quite like how this all came together.

Here’s a lightbox picture. The yellow shimmer is really lovely, it’s now officially my favourite yellow, haha.

Here are the four polishes I used:

The dark yellow glitter is home made  by my friend NailAnt. :)

How do you like this?

Number of coats: 2
Drying time: Good
Finish: Matte / Shimmer
Overall impression: I don’t really have anything bad to say about either of these polishes
Buy again: Yes to all of them
