El Corazón Kaleidoscope ~ MW-04 Cassiopeia

El Corazón Kaleidoscope ~ MW-04 Cassiopeia
Blue to purple duochrome with holo flakies

I can see that duo- and multichromatic polishes are getting a strong comeback in the polish world at the moment. El Corazón makes great multichromes, and today’s polish is from the Milky Way collection and is called Cassiopeia.

The formula is on the thin side and if you don’t use black underwear for her, it takes three coats to build her up to full opacity. I actually started out with two coats but I could see on the pictures that I needed a third coat. The drying time is average.

This is three coats and no topcoat taken with flash. (Fun fact: It’s actually two coats and a layer of topcoat and then another layer of Cassiopeia on top of the topcoat!)

This picture is taken in the lightbox.

Ordinary daylight makes the blue turn into indigo.

This is also ordinary daylight, where the purple shows herself.

You could intensify the colours by wearing it over black but I like wearing my polishes on their own so I can see what they can do. I think Milky Way is a great name for the entire collection.
