Darling Diva ~ Don’t call me Mommy in Public

Berry coloured polish with pink and holo shimmer

Don’t call me Mommy in Public is from the I Hate Pink-collection from Summer 2014. It’s a lovely berry colour with beautiful little shimmers in.

Application was a breeze and it took two easy coats to make this opaque. Drying time between the coats is good, in fact I’ve got no problems to report at all.

I applied a layer of topcoat before I took my photos.

Aren’t those shimmers just amazing?

I sponged a line of glitter down the middle of each nail. I used Sephora’s Formula X: “Freaky Like Freud”, which is a silver/holo textured glitter. I applied another layer of topcoat and my mani was done:

This wasn’t exactly the look I was hoping for, but I was satisfied anyway.

I’ll definitely practice some more with sponging glitter on only some of the nail, because I really like the effect.

Overall impression: I really like polishes that have this amount of shimmer in them, and I adore the colour.
