"Dance Party Teal Dawn" is from OPI's NEON collection from Summer 2019.

The formula is a bit tricky to work with. I experienced quite a bit of dragging so I had to be really careful to make it cover in two coats. The second coat was easier to manage than the first coat, which was a great thing. The drying time was really good.

The polish dried up to a silky matte finish.

I topped it with a glitter topper from W7 called "White Wedding". It's a mix of iridescent and white microglitters and hexes.

I applied a layer of regular topcoat and this is my final manicure.

This is "Dance Party Teal Dawn" alone; two coats and no topcoat. I quite like this finish even though I usually prefer shiny polishes.
