Morgan Taylor ~
You’ve Got Tan-gerine Lines
Bright orange
crème
Here’s the last post in my series of posts with polishes
from the “Make a Splash”-collection from Summer 2018. There are links to all
the other polishes in the collection in the end of each of the posts.
The formula is great and easy to work with. I used two
really fast drying coats for full opacity. The drying time is so fast that you
want to use as few strokes with the brush as possible. I found that three
strokes worked the best: One down the middle and one down each side of the
nail.
I added tiger stripes because it seemed appropriate. I
used stickers for the purpose. They were really easy to work with and they
looked really good in real life, but I honestly don’t think they photographed
very well. But never mind that, it must be more important that it actually
looked fantastic in real life.
Here’s the final result taken on a very cloudy and
grey day.
It was definitely also a bit more “in your face” in
real life. I wish the sun had been out.
This is “You’ve Got Tan-gerine Lines” alone. Two coats
and no topcoat yet. Isn’t it just a super pretty orange?

ReplyDeleteVery pretty orange! I like how the tiger stripes came out, they seem to pop-up from the nail surface! :-)
