I've only ever bought Claire's polishes when I was on holiday. I recently discovered that I'm actually able to buy them online. And they had a sale going on, so I bought a bunch. I am not sure I'll do that again though, because they surely don't know how to ship polishes. All the polishes were just stuffed into a bubble wrapper without individual wrapping. It's a miracle that none of them broke in the mail!

Anyway, back to #51339, "Blue Pastel Sand". The formula is quite thick and it wasn't quite easy to apply the polish close to the edges. I used two coats for my manicure today and the drying time between the coats was good.

"Blue Pastel Sand" is way too pale for me to wear on its own. I added turquoise glittery stripes with Gabrini's "B14 Mavi" and some black dots with OPI's "Never Have Too Mani Friends".

I topcoated the whole thing and here's the final result.

Claire's #51339 Blue Pastel Sand is not my kind of polish at all. The colour is too pale for me and the texture is a bit too rough for me to actually like it. So this polish will be rehomed.
