Today I'm going to try and make holographic reindeer
nails. I have been meaning to do that for a long while but my freehand skills
aren't amazing. But today's the day: No stamping, all freehand.
Let me show you the result first. This photo is taken with flash to show
that the raindeers really are holographic :D
The silver holographic base colour is Kiko's Holographic collection #001. I used two coats as a base.
The reindeers' heads are made with KBShimmer's "I Never Wood Have Guessed".
The antlers are made with Pastel's #107.
The white is Golden Rose's #76 and the black is OPI's "Never Have Too Mani Friends.
Rudolph's red nose is made with Attitude's "Scarlet Mistress".
This last picture of my holo reindeers is taken in
daylight, no flash or sun.

I know my reindeers aren't technically well made, but I love them anyway. They are the cutest reindeers I've ever made!

As I like freehand drawing on nails, I know that drawing with nail polishes is not easy; of course it can be done but they dry really fast and you can not draw as precise and neat as you would like...
I can suggest you to try to use nail polish as base for your nail art and when it's completely dry to draw everything you want with normal acrylic colours (I use "Amsterdam", here is the link, just if you would like to see them https://www.jacksonsart.com/amsterdam-acrylic-paint, but I buy them in my local stationary shop) and when you're happy with the result you just protect the manicure with a layer of your top coat :-)

DeleteI am sure that you are right, that the results would be way better with acryllic paint - unfortunately I'm not very good at drawing either. But hey ho, it's all about having fun :)
